Justin Sinnott

Justin Sinnott practices civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses throughout North Carolina in a broad range of commercial and consumer disputes. His practice includes business and commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, mortgage servicing and foreclosure litigation, creditors’ rights, debt collection defense, and consumer financial services litigation. Justin also represents clients in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the North Carolina Debt Collection Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and other state and federal consumer protection statutes.

 

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law, where he served as President of the Environmental Law Society and as a Teaching Scholar in State Constitutional Law. During law school, he gained practical litigation experience through the Blanchard Community Law Clinic and as a legal extern with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of General Counsel. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
